Studying sacred texts, listening to today’s Luminaries, chanting, meditating, praying, writing and sharing ideas. Somehow it keeps coming back to kindness and love; having compassion for ourselves and others, envisioning the world we want to see, using light to dissolve the darkness, using love to dissolve fear. The more we focus on our highest vibration, the closer we come to creating that reality. It is not always easy!
