“I’ve been watching and listening, educating myself about where we are and how we got here. Studying sacred texts, listening to today’s Luminaries, chanting, meditating, praying, writing and sharing ideas. Somehow it keeps coming back to kindness and love; having compassion for ourselves and others, envisioning the world we want to see, using light to dissolve the darkness, using love to dissolve fear. The more we focus on our highest vibration, the closer we come to creating that reality. It is not always easy! Living from the heart means getting out of our minds, letting go of habitual negative thinking, mastering our knee-jerk emotional reactions.
