I was so appreciative of the folks that reached out asking if I’d be performing “Groove Into Bliss” this week on Facebook and on Awake TV.
GROOVE INTO BLISS: MUSICAL MEDITATION & MORE is an online show where I play and talk about harnessing the healing power of music to uplift ourselves and our world. After starting with peaceful music to center into the present moment, I move through the states of STILL, CHILL and THRILL; STILL-music for meditation, STILL-music for activation, THRILL- music for celebration, and use the different musical styles to help shift our emotions and awareness.
I will resume my bi-weekly show GROOVE INTO BLISS on the 1st and 3rd Sundays starting on September 6. The show is broadcast on AWAKE TV (yay!!) and also on Facebook Live at 8 PM ET and 5 PM PT.
During this beautiful month of August, I am preparing the ONLINE MUSIC FESTIVAL which will be broadcast on International Day of Peace, Monday September 21. Every September, Shey Khandro, produces a month-long series of events called “Follow The Peace Trail” Each week features different speakers, writers, & luminaries sharing ideas and inspiration for cultivating peace in our hearts and peace in our world. This year these events, (which are based in Sedona) will be virtual, and live streamed on several different platforms, including AWAKE TV NETWORK
As part of the festivities, I am producing the “GROOVE INTO BLISS PEACE DAY MUSIC FESTIVAL” featuring a bevy of high-vibe, conscious musicians showering vibrations of peace and love into our hearts. Aligning with these frequencies can uplift our state of being and awaken our inner Divine connection. Sacred music shifts our energy and affects positive changes in our body, mind and Spirit, leading to a more peaceful and compassionate world.
We hope you will join us for the Peace Day Music Festival, the entire “Follow The Peace Trail” happenings, and my bi-weekly GROOVE INTO BLISS:MUSCIAL MEDITATION & MORE show.
Please sign up for my newsletter to be apprised of events, concerts, workshops, talks, tips for navigating our changing reality, and free giveaways in support of our awakening consciousness!
Last year in 2019, we did a SPIRIT JAM CONCERT for the Sedona Peace Trail. “Sedona friends!! Thursday night is our concert to on the PEACE TRAIL! 🎶🎶✨ Music can be a tool for deep relaxation as well as for high energy celebrating! We will go through all these states of being, with our STILL, CHILL, THRILL EXPERIENCE. I am so grateful to Shey Khandro for producing this event, and arranging such a beautiful concert for me to play. And at the amazing Mary D. Fisher Theatre, no less, thanks to the Sedona Film Festival and Patrick Schweiss! So grateful for my Sedona musician friends Michael Kollwitz and Adriel Zang-Perrault who learned my repertoire and are enthusiastic about performing it. After one rehearsal, I am excited to see what kind of version we will create together. And Wow! Guess who is flying in to SING with me?? Gedeon Luke McKinney and Shannone Holt: AKA DJ SHAE ! Can you believe it? I am so excited about tomorrow night. And so excited to see and connect with the people who are coming.
“Composer and musician Valerie Romanoff will take the audience on an experience of STILL CHILL THRILL award winning New Age music; STILL- music for contemplation, CHILL- music for activation and THRILL- music for celebration. Joined by musical friends Michael Kollwitz (Chapman Stick), Adriel Zang (percussion), Valerie (electric guitar) and other special guests will empower the present moment with sounds and ideas to find inner harmony and help broadcast intentions for peace and love. Valerie’s music will underscore a special Peace Day guided meditation by Shey Khandro , and together they will perform original music meant to inspire and uplift the spirit. Valerie’s music can be streamed on Spotify and YouTube, downloaded on iTunes and CD Baby, and purchased on Amazon.
The event will highlight the work of Sedona’s International City of Peace. will feature Zoe Wild, visionary and founder of One Light Global, to share about her work on the Hopi reservation in Arizona.
Thank you to the Sedona International Film Festival, Patrick Schweiss, The Goldenstein Gallery, Linda Goldenstein, Tao Porchon-Lynch for their love and support.”
