When people ask "What does New Age Music mean to you," Valerie says that in contrast to most musical entertainment, New Age Music is offered by the artist as a tool for upliftment. Infused with intentions for peace, wellness, personal and spiritual growth, the music is meant to help access a sense of inner Oneness to connect with our higher selves.

Being a multi-genre artist, and loving to play funky electric guitar, Valerie's music starts with peaceful grooves, then builds in layers while incorporating various world instruments and rhythms. Through this doorway, we can journey through many different states of being.

Some tracks are ambient (STILL) and serve as a backdrop for meditation or table work. Other tracks have a bit more energy (CHILL) and are great for Yoga and other moving meditations. All contain an essence of love, diversity and creative energy to help spread the message of peace throughout our world. (THRILL).
