“I’ve been watching and listening, educating myself about where we are and how we got here. Studying sacred texts, listening to today’s Luminaries, chanting, meditating, praying, writing and sharing ideas. Somehow it keeps coming back to kindness and love; having compassion for ourselves and others, envisioning the world we want to see, using light to dissolve the darkness, using love to dissolve fear. The more we focus on our highest vibration, the closer we come to creating that reality. It is not always easy! Living from the heart means getting out of our minds, letting go of habitual negative thinking, mastering our knee-jerk emotional reactions.

MUSIC CAN HELP!
-Music re-calibrates our energy, allowing us to enter a peaceful state;
-Music holds and transmits the vibrations of our thoughts, intentions and prayers;
-Music acts as a vehicle, sending out these positive vibrations;
-Music is a safe place to share common experiences, bringing us together in Oneness;
-We can use music to enter the stillness, connect with our inner Divinity, receiving the gifts from our higher consciousness.
